MIrage Celestone price jump?

Has anyone noticed a mirage celestone price jump on their servers? I've seen a few people selling them at raised prices on Dreamweaver for around 45k, which is about a 50% price jump.

    On Heaven's Tear, people have been buying them for 70k-85k. They're only worth 25k-30k.
