How to find your first and last name

    Ingame? You only have one name, which in your case for your main is CWdeWizard.
    In real life? Try your birth certificate, or some form of ID. If you don't have any, you don't exist, and therefore don't have name.

    OMG i have the same problem now..How can i find my first and last name? I was able to recall first name, but no last...Just need to verify for zen transfer, 2 more attempts left:(

    Now my account has been blocked and i sent already two tickets to support team, but yet no reply for two days...Just discourages to continue to play that game

    That information is not readily available for security reasons. Tickets are answered in the order received so you will get a response when your ticket comes up in the queue. Please be patient while we get to your ticket. If no response is back by the end of the weekend, we may not be receiving your emails.

    Just suffered the same problem myself. I registered my account 9 months ago and I'm expected to know the first and last name I used still?

    Got an email response from Billing Dept, but it just asks for manual verfivation. If I knew all the required information then I would of verified it online, so what's the point of an email asking for the information again?


    Edit: I take it all back, I just got a personal response from the billing dept in about 15mins!! :) If you don't know your account first and last name it appears there is a solution. :)

    i have same problem here too, where do i find my first and last name of my perfect world account so i can transact my payment? I've been looking everywhere, can't find it :( I really need it, only one attempt left.

    I had the same problem with remembering my last name, but I eventually got that all sorted out. Now its been over 24 hours and my credit card payment options are still locked, shouldn't they be reset since its a "daily" limit?
