Gm Zen Help

Please GM's read this.

I sent a bank deposit for $50US 2 days ago, and still havnt got any Zen to send to the server/account i am playing on. Please let me know if it is still coming, or if i have done something wrong.

    yeah i did...where to you find the replies to your tickets?

    When you buy zen you have to go back to pwi page and chose the game and server you would like to transfer your zen to. Sometimes it's easy to forget that step.

    Did you transfer the zen to your server? If you did and it still isn't showing up, submit a ticket and you'll get straightened out.
