Dragon quest question

Hello all,

I have a question concerning the location of an NPC for a dragon quest. It tells me to see the Psychic near dragon valley at 277 665. There is noone there or even nearby. I have searched the forum for any info but none is there.

    The Psychic is at that location but it is tucked away in an out of the way place. The NPC is under the rock formation northeast of City of the Lost & next to one of the rock pillars. You need to fly to that location & watch your mini map for the yellow dot indicating the NPC's location then fly down to ground level to find him.

    I didn't do the DQ, but i can understand that he us under a rock. If you can't see it, just press and hold SHIFT and keep searching the area until the mouse cursor changes into dialog box and you can talk to the NPC.
