The program I use to make videos with Perfect World is called Fraps. Its a program that allows you to push a set key to start the recording of your game play. But the free version only lets you to record up to 30 seconds. You could get a registerd version by paying or you you could find a cracked version. Just set it to record the entire screen. I don't think it can record sound though. May not be the best, but it's free and fairly easy to use. I used to use it to make GW vids, then just edit them in movie maker.
