Naga / Shinobi / Shaolin

It's been bouncing around in my head, figured I'd throw it up so that it's out there.
New Race: Naga - Classically, Naga are represented as snakes with a human torso and head; something similar to a centaur but with snake. For those familiar with Dungeons and Dragons, they are snakes with human heads (no human torso).
In PW, Naga would be completely bipedal humans, but with snake features (no hair, scales). Females would have humanoid faces, but with scales. Males would have snake heads. Unlike untamed, there is no class difference between the races, it's just for appearance.
For aerogear, Naga would get an "aura" that surrounds them and allows them to fly, a representation of their inner chi. Default color would bes be the blue of a blademaster's sword.
A Naga city would be located either deep in a jungle, or at the top of a high (50 or better) mountain, in a shaolin-style temple layout. While jungle might work better for a race, the mountaintop works better for the two classes that work with the race.
New Class: Shinobi - This is that ninja-class people have suggested in the past, but I think shinobi is a better word for it. A shinobi is a hybrid warrior, with profiency in blades, claws, and bows. They have two distinct paths in their skill tree - melee and ranged, with a third path that is a movement path. Melee damage would generally be less than blademasters to not steal their thunder, and would get one (or no) AoE attack. Ranged attacks would be shorter-range than archers, and deal less damage. Both attacks will have a strong tie to poison, and hurting in ways other than HP.
Movement path would have a few new ideas. A skill which lets you move past aggro mobs without being attacked. A skill which lets you instantly jump 5 elevation (good for getting away and flying). Obvious speed enhancers.
New Class: Shaolin - Shaolin fight with claws or barehanded. They take the idea of 'inner chi' to the next level. I'll admit to not having any skill tree paths worked out for them, but at higher levels I see Shaolin as somewhat like (and I really apologize for using this word) a jedi. Link strongly with martial arts, some skill would include a redirect curse (next single attack is redirected 100% at attacker), the ability to 'pull' a target right into melee, and if the server can somehow track it, the ability to have 1 attacker's attacks partially redirected at a second attacker if two or more are attacking the Shaolin.
Anyways, just throwing it out there to see if there's interest or whatnot.

For this, I would say that it would better work as an added class to the untamed. However, I notice you do not have a specific class type made out for these, so I hope that you will add this so we can better define this suggestion.
This class would be best made as an addition to the humans I think. However, while I like it that you have added lots of DoT type attacks in your idea, I would suggest not all of them being poison as that would be wood damage. If this class will have its damage reduced to less than that of a blademaster or archer class, they will need to have several DoT types which they can use, and seeing as how DoT doesn't stack when of the same type of element, they would need either skills of multiple elements or physical ones similar to that of the poleblade path of blademasters. This would make them a new type of damage dealer, one whose damage is mostly done over time. Still, this would also mean a lot to do with balancing so they aren't a completely squishy class, but not at all a tank.
This would be best as a new elf class. It would give the elven race a melee style class which can still avoided as being a tank. However, seeing as they are a fist class, they would need skills which would be worth using seeing as they are mostly a DPS class. The biggest problem with fist blademasters is that it is wasteful to use their skills for the most part, as they do more damage by simply using a regular attack. This class, I imagine, would certainly need skills which can cancel other skills and stun. Though they would need a long cooltime (both cancel and stun skills) the stun skills could also stun the target slightly longer than the blademasters.
I like your ideas, but they are certainly too general to even be considered for addition. Part of the reason we have a suggestion forum is to give them ideas, but also to provide the meat for those ideas. We can't expect them to fill in the blanks, so you need to add as much detail as you can. Though I understand this is just a rough draft, work as much as you can. Add specific skills to help everyone understand what exactly these classes are meant for and how they keep everything balanced.0 -

You've put a lot of thought into this... I like the new class ideas that would intertangle with the chinese theme but slow down on the jedis and snake people lol.0
