1) Does the amount of exp you get depend on the lvl of the monster and yours? If it's higher lvl than you, do you get more exp? How how spirit points?

2) Is it if you're lower than the monster lvl, you have better chance of getting better/more drops than when you're wayyy higher lvl than it?

Thank you!

b:questionb:thanks

To answer your first question, yes. If you are a higher level than the monster, you'll obtain less experience. Usually, monsters have a set amount of experience they give you (from my experiences) based on levels and whatnot, so the higher you are, the longer it'll take.
For the second question...I forgot what it was, so I can't answer.b:surrender
If what I say is a lie, will you believe me?

If you don't want to follow the link previously given I'll go ahead and answer your questions.

1.) Yes, level does matter in the game. If you're higher then the monster you're going to get less exp, if you're the same level you're going to get an average amount. What I'm not POSITIVE on is if the monster is higher level than you do you get more exp. I would just go ahead and go with killing monsters at your level.

Also remember that stronger monsters (bosses) will give more experience.

2.) No, monsters drop what they drop. Your level compared to their level doesn't matter. Every monster is set with a list of items that it can drop and drop rates (percentages that decide the chance they drop) it's all chance.

Also remember that stronger monsters (bosses) have a greater chance of dropping rarer items.

    Hope this helped

Ill skip this since it was already answered.

I think it does affect a small amount. When I grind things for DQ, and the mob happen to be like 10 lvls below me.... OMG... I would get 1 drop of that particular item every 20-30 kills or so, as compared to before where 1 for every 5 kills.

You might be right Deceptistar, I don't know. I always assumed that there was a list of items they could drop with percentages that decided the chances everytime they were killed.

I don't know. If so I need to start killing higher level creeps xD

Refer to the link Ihazacute posted. It shows exactly how much level affects drop rates.

As a general rule of thumb, white named monster will be the most efficient. Monsters higher level than you take longer to kill and only give slightly better exp, and no better drop rates. Green named monster (lower level than you) have pretty harsh penalties on exp and drop rates.
