Can't Launch, Update, etc.

The title should say it all. I can't update anything and I can't even launch the engine. It installed fine, but I can't play the darn thing. I am confused and frustrated. Please help.

    will it come up with a window asking you about updating? If it does try clicking Manual Patch as I've been having that issue and it works for me.

    Manual patch doesn't work either.
