How Do You Open The Window To Even Play The GAme?

Yes, I must be ****, I know. Now, all of that aside, can someone help me? Please?

    I did read that, but I thought that it only applied to issues installing/downloading the patch. I installed everything properly, I hope, so I didn't pay much attention to it. Thank you; I'll look into it to thuroughly

    DL the game, double click on the icon??? and the windows pops out press on start if you version is right? if not there will be a patch

    Launch the game, a small window should appear. Once it appears let it update and everything, then click the top left button that becomes available. Then it should bring you into the log in page, followed by your character creation page.

    Thanks for the info, you and everyone as well.
    I just installed everything yesterday, so I thought I was on the most recent update. Either way, when I open that little window, after double-clicking the icon, it says "Client Running, Unable to proceed update". It might have to do with the fact that I am now using an ethernet cable rather than a wireless router.

    erm manually update it? I think you can get it from http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download or whatever. I am out of ideas lol
