Cant play :(

I can log in and veiw my avatars but when i hit start it freezes and does nothing
Help please

    I've been having the same issues exactly-- I can start the game fine, look at my freshly made avatars, and I can hit 'start' just fine. But when I hit start, the loading screen does come up, but the moment it's done loading, the screen vanishes and I'm returned to my desktop.

    So, anybody who helps Kyokey here will also be helping me out. >_<

    im having the same problems as well, can start game, log in, and created my character but then it exits and sends me back to my desktop.

    Helping those two out will also help me.

    iv'e also noticed that when i pull up the first part were you can change settings it says-
    'Update server connection failed
    please try other update server'
    does anyone know how to do that???

    Try installing the East-Asian language packs.
