    There are many blacksmiths in most towns. Can't tell you where to look, without knowing where you are.

    Follow this link and read about the Coordinates Assistant, you will never have trouble finding an NPC again :).

    Just to note, you can click "blacksmith" from the coordinate helper to find the nearest blacksmith
