A question for MALE character Clerics

You may have seen an old post by me asking the same question. But I only had like 2 answers so I'll ask again b:thanks


When you cast Wield Thunder while STANDING. Do you see the "fanned lightning" during the channeling period.

I ask because I do not. I only see the "fanned lightning" while im flying & casting the spell. When I stand I might see a tiny sliver of the graphic before casting the final bolt, but thats rare.

Every female I have asked can see their effect but can't see mine when I cast the spell.

It seems my arm moves A LOT slower during the channeling while standing vs. the speed it should be like when im flying.

If other clerics are having this issue, or has had the issue and found a way to fix, please post :)




Also not it's not my computer/lag because simply.. why would it be lag if the spell is perfect while flying?

    Um, my male cleric is only lvl 14, so it'll be a while before I can answer your question :p

    Yes it happens at first I thought that it's because of lag too but yeah why working perfectly on the air. Just a bug of no big importance.

    The only reason I got it was cause of the graphics really ^^ looks pwettyb:pleased


    BTW Mikel(or anyone else), does tempest do the same thing?

    i would say go t your settings =>UI=> effects and move the bar to the right
    if that doesn't help i don't know what your talking about XD

    You got another one then. It was on completely different server and on much older version of PW (~6X i think) but yes, there was something wrong with wield thunder effects. I did not consider that as a problem though, just a minor glitch like many others >_>

    I have the same problem but mine is random when it happens at times it does it others it dont but not sure why b:victory

    The same problem happens to me, female clerics apparently dont have this problem. Wait for Tempest, the animation looks even better!

    Nope...I get the full graphic. Both for WT and Tempest.

    Personally I'd prefer it without the graphic...Nothing screams "Kill ME!!!" louder than casting WT or Tempest in TW. b:shocked

    Yeah I just noticed the same today ;-) While standing I can't see those nice flashy thunder like bolts coming from my hands and going up. Only when I fly (hunt Vipions :D) I can see this. I could sworn I saw them while standing too before patch!
