Weapon proc's

I've noticed with 3 star weapons you have a random chance to get a "proc" like "armor reduce" or "berserk". Is there any list as to what level these procs are? In other words how they compare with spells ( like the armor break that Barb's and Veno's get )?

    Well, if you have a look on the PW Database http://pwdatabase.com/pwi you can find the 3* weapon you want and on the right site, there is also a list with addons and the chance, u can get them on te weapon.

    Thanks Maroc...I did that but what I'm looking for doesn't seem to be there. Perhaps I should clarify.

    Clerics have a spell ( debuff ) that reduces the opponents armor ( pDef ) by 30% at lvl 10 of the spell. Some weapons also have this debuff but it doesn't say what level ( and therefore percentage ) it actually debuffs. Is it lvl 5? Higher? Where would you find this information?

    Or perhaps I missed it somehow on PW database. Meh. I'll keep looking but if anyone knows please do post.
