I just realized I have a cup of coffee, a Dr. Pepper, and an energy drink on my desk. None of them have been finished. x.x
I have a huge trash bag filled with empty 2-liters of mountain dew I finished in 3 days.

I remember drinking a cup of strong tea.
I was awake until 5 AM in the morning...
So I'm not very addicted because even tea has some crazy effects on me. I don't drink coffee, period.Position: Professional Forum Troll

I'm a lesser extreme of the OP. If I don't get a few Cokes, or Pepsi's in me, I feel like **** until I do.

Not much and infrequently.
I love coffee, but I can't drink it without gravity being against me. I drop everything, I can't write properly, I can't play the guitar because I miss the strings, and I have the feeling that everything is brighter and louder than before. It can be useful sometimes, though b:laugh

I wouldn't say that I'm an 'addict' per se but I do loves me some caffeinated refreshments.
Me likes (in order of preference):
+ Tea (Green, Oolong, Black)
+ Coffee (straight, black and never more then 20 ounces a day)
+ Espresso (macchiato style with just a dollop of foam)
+ Yerba Matte (must be served in a proper bomba)
+ Diet Coke or Coke Zero with lemon
+ The occasional energy drink (Rockstar lo-carb FTW or RedBull)0 -

Yeah the thing about soft drinks with caffeine is this. You don't think they do anything for you, but once you let yoursef be addicted. And then go a day or so w/o a coke or dew or whatever, you feel like ****, and have nasty headaches till you get your fix. It kinda sux tbh.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I just kinda realized it's funny how they call them "soft drinks."...!?
Soft!?!?! As in, smooth, unimposing, mellow, nice, and calm? That kind of soft?
Lol when there really isn't much "soft" about soda. ESPECIALLY the fresh ones, with the insane fizzy carbonation that totally like fries your nose, and you can't drink it all at once because it's too fizzy and bursting with energy and delicious flavor and whatnot...

I would say yes i am addicted to pepsi b:dirty b:dirty i have to have at least 4 a day or i get huge migrains and i get very cranky(even my son now asks in the morning if i got my pepsi and smokes for the day) lmao, i cant even start my day without it or my brain doesnt work,, sad really but once you start and even have 1 or 2 a day eventually its not enough to keep the headach away and you need more and more .................b:bye0

you should try drinking 2-3 cups of plain black coffee for a few days (no sugar, no milk), stop drinking pepsi, and see if you still get your headaches.

I think you are correct. That is a common mis-conception with soda. There is not really enough of the caffeine to make a huge difference, the sugar on teh other hand b:surrender

to ease into a reduced sugar intake you could alternating each pepsi you have with a diet pepsi in between. After a few days or a week you'll get used to the taste of diet soda and won't miss regular soda at all.
Coke Zero is pretty good. zero calories and tastes much more 'natural' then other diet soft drinks.0 -
