Winds and the Cloud is fairly easy to obtain, so unless you give a good price, you will not be able to sell it.

What fb does the mold drop in?

It drops in FB69.

You can also obtain the mold from the Mysterious Merchant using 3 Mysterious Chips and 125k. This is the primary reason why it is so easy to obtain. Now, it will be even easier since the Supply Stash gives 40 Mysterious Chips.

20 Chips at Level 70 and 20 Chips at Level 75. You can use Wind and the Clouds at level 69.
