Water pets

I was just wondering if we can teach water pets skills?
I tried and well b:chuckle can't summon on land to teach a skill.
So I'm guessing that is a no?
Just want to double check.

    Talk to Zoologist Yin for water pets. He's in the harbor at 586 649.

    As additional info to the last post he is in teh harbor, underwater. You should see his marker on teh map, but if you don't see him that's because he's actually in teh water so you can spawn your pet.
