Is this a glitch?

Im a lvl 8 BM and today i was dueling a fellow faction member (also BM). He was to strong and i ran away. While i was running Cloud Sprint skill activated from nowhere (i was running a for a relatively long time). Im lvl 8 and that skill is learned at lvl 9 after culti. Yet it activated twice. I didnt use running powder either that can be used at lvl 10. So is this a glitch or Cloud Sprint can randomly self-activate?b:victory

    That is definitely odd. Is it possible to be speed buffed by someone else? I would have to look at other class abilities to answer that...

    Only the archer has that buff for 2 secs and i wasnt in a squad. So no one buffed me.

    when dueling with someone it tends to happen as well as when i am attacking monsters and they run away suddenly the streamy lines will appear around me. or when i am pking if someone i have has their wep ability activate (like beserk) the flames from it will also appear on the enemy like they used it at the same time. but there is no damage increase for them.
