Unable to connect to server

Ok well i tried getting on to PW and usually it'll log me in right away. But, it refuses to log me into server. Is anyone else having this problem?

    I'm currently having the same problem. Running Vista SP1, I've ran the launcher as an administrator and set both the launcher and element client to run in compatibility for XPSP2 and have forwarded port 29000-29001 on my router. My computer's also set as DMZ (Demilitarized zone) on the router right now, so it should not even face any restrictions to begin with.

    The Problem is not a real Problem because no one can connect to the server at the moment. We have a serverdown kids^^
    It happens once a week to fix buggs and get new patchs b:victory
