Map Out Of Phase?!?!

I don't know what this means, but everytime I log or exit Instance it says "Map out of Phase with Servers". Is this a tech issue or is it my pc? Does anyone else experiece this too? Is it causing problems for any one? Ahhhh so many questions but it only started happening after the patch last week, so I am inclined to think it is something not within my own system. Any help will do, please explain if you can.

    I get it and don't see or notice anything out of the ordinary, so who knows what that error message is all about.

    ur pc will self destruct when u see that message 9998 times

    Damn that sucks cuz i have seen it 9997 times! Sheeeeeeesh!
    What am I to do? I guess I will have to pad my computer room with Blast Wrap. I have a felling i will see it again when these servers go back up.

    so all mobs show up on ur mini map? funy must be rare glitch but it does mess up playig for some people

    Well I am using duct tape to hold my graphics card and power cable in atm and that is fail. lmao. I dont think it will keep everything from self destructing.

    Yep, I keep getting that error message since the last patch .____.

    It messes nothing up. Mobs appear if you choose to see them on the map by selecting the option for it.

    lol.. The GM's said it is a common error, it does nothing, and will be fixed.

    That's not a glitch. You have an option to turn that on or off.
