    It is certian armour only certian lvls can wear like TT armour.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    More specifically, you need reputation to be able to buy these types of amour/rings (no need to buy ring, just need rep.), etc. Reputation can be earned by doing regular quests, spiritual cultivation, doing FBs, one man armies, going to wraith/legions and getting dog tags, justice order quests.

    Most of the time your reputation will be lacking when you meet the level requirement of the rank armour. Rank ARMOUR, comes at lvl 30 and lvl 60, 1000 reputation and 2500/5000 reputation respectively. Then at later levels, there are better gears such as 2% critical rank ring and other gears.

    I thought the level 30 rank armour you need 300 reptutation.

    You shouldn't worry about Rank Armor because they aren't as good as TT(light blue) or Legendary (shiny!) armor

    You would want 200k rep for the Rank weapon. It pwns dude... like a lot.
