To the verification email we have sent, click the "reply" button in that email. You will need to answer all 6 questions with the information entered at the time of purchase and registration for your PWE account. Every first-time buyer is required to verify their funding source as legitimate before we can accept payments to that account. We can help you further via email if you have more questions.

On your next purchase attempt, please use a different email source than the @live.com email address used previously. That may be the reason we never received your confirmation emails.

Any purchases made that have been refunded or canceled cannot be re-charged. Unfortunately, since your account and payment were not verified within the time limit, we cannot award the 15% bonus. Since the payments have been refunded and the money is already out of our hands on the way back to the funding source, there is no way for us to fulfill that request for a re-charge. We cannot accept verification from the ticketing system and the verification will need to come from the email address used on payments. If we are not receiving the emails from your account that was used, that is why we suggested using a different email for your purchasing so that you can verify the account and payment source. Seems to me like the whole thing would be a lot smoother if there were simply a form to fill out on the website, with a verification e-mail sent with just a clickable link. Not to mention saving a lot of confusion, it would prevent stuff like this from happening. You make a very good suggestion and this is actually a process that is nearing completion. We hope to have the verification process cleaned up by the end of the month. We do understand the frustration with the system and have been working to address this issue for a long time. The unfortunate thing about new tools and processes is that they take time to test and perfect. Please let us know if you need more help and by the way.....
