Few questions on Venomancers...

Ive been thinking about making a venomancer, blah blah blah. I've got a few questions, yadayada, you probably know how this goes...anyway!
1. I tried a venomancer up until about level 11, then quit because i was bored. I like atleast some challenge. At later levels, does it get challenging?
A.) What level do you actually have to attack the same monster as your pet?
(if you're confused about this, when i was training my venomancer, i would often use my spell on a monster so my pet would attack it, then i'd go attack a different monster so we were attacking different monsters. I like the possibility of atleast having a chance that i might die...im weird like that.)
2. Does a monsters status before you capture it affect how it will be when you use it?
(Like if there is a...wolf (whatever kind) and you select it and it says "Weak," does it matter if i catch that or should i try to find one that is normal or has a resistance?)
3. How do you get the SoF or Feathers? Are they cash shop or do certain/random monsters drop them?
4. (kind-of on topic with 3) Should i still consider venomancer if i dont plan on (possibly ever) getting a Herc or Nix?
A.) Wont Party/Faction leaders not want me because i dont have the best pet regardless of how i use the pet i have?
5. (i knew this at one time, but i dont remember right now) What does it take to get more pet slots? How would i get this? (isnt one way like collect 20 hay?) If i buy Hay (or whatever i need) from other players will it be worth it to buy it or should i just kill whatever drops it forever?
6. I did arcane on my level 11 veno. Is it all personal preference/are the builds about the same, or is one a clear-cut winner? Is one more prefered by Venos or Factions? I probably wont do very much PvP or TW (TW may change if i find a guild that needs me/ I get to a high enough level.
A.) Isn't it also pretty much which form you'd rather fight in? Heavy Armor = Fox Form, Arcane = Human(oid) form, Light Armor = either (no idea on that one)?
B.) Which branch of the skill tree is more effective to use? Which build is better endgame?
Thank You to everyone.

I didnt say archers were fun and/or exciting. I just said that my veno wasnt fun for me. I also didnt ask to get yelled at for trying a few classes or asking questions about a class i dont really know.0 -

1. I really not sure still about what your saying but there is no lvl for attacking the same monsters as your pet you can keep doing what your doing or attack with your pet or not. It's really up to you. But after awhile attacking the same thing as your pet would be wise unless your being attacked by a monster and just keep yourself alive with out your pet.
2 the monster thing does not matter you get the same pet either way, plus that would suck if it did lol
3. sof and feathers are from the cash shop and other players as far as i know of now
4. don't let those crazy factions get you down they can go jump in a ditch not everyone has the money to get a herc or nix, there are good pets out there just takes awhile for them to catch up on par with those 2 pets. Also i don't know about the faction leaders thing if they reject you cause you don't have either one of those pets tell them to **** them self causes that just plan stupid. You should still play or consider a veno lol it's man be a class that people don't really like but hey i have fun
for the other questions i'm not sure about 5 lol cause i used cages and i'm an arcane veno so my skills are based on the spells and not fox form but i still have those skill just in case never know when going to need the form lol b:laugh
but all this is my opinion so ehh.. lol b:pleased and excuse my grammar lol b:surrender0 -

I think you said what i needed to know. I was just wondering if there is a level that the monsters you fight are hard enough that your pet or your Veno cant solo it w/o the other. Thanks.0 -

It depends on your veno's build, my veno can handle 3 monsters who are mage but that cutting close since she is arcane build, but when it comes to physical monsters that's difficult but pull through,My stats are weird when it comes to veno build cause i have a high Vit build so i last longer but also have high Int. The lvl i say you have trouble at is what i would say i really don't cause there are some monsters you can take down really quickly and others that are plain difficult but the best thing is to keep your skills lvled the ones you use the most, also keep your blessing lvled and buff very useful and go to the others later, also to keep your pet lvl close to your lvl or in the range of your lvl. Also try sticking good armor and stones and items that boost stats. i don't know if that answer your question lol b:sad
but hope so b:laugh lol excuse my grammar again lol b:surrender0
