Update problem

he, I got a problem with updating.
i downloaded en installed already 5times. i tryed manaul update and doesnt work. it says: "Update server connection fails, Please try other update server" but i got the only one selected. this happens when i do manaul. and if i do normal update then it doesnt download anything.
