Healing spells question?

I know we generally will be using Ironheart for single healing. My question would be around Chromatic Healing Beam being worth leveling? Only real AOE healing outside of Regeneration Aura.

    This is not really as if there were any other groupe spell to use instead... personally I would level it a little...

    Personal preference; it IS the only aoe heal that we get, so 2 or 3 lvls can be useful (lvl1 is needed in the end for Stream and Regen Aura), but beyond that is only advisable if you have the Spirit and Coin for it...

    I have mine at 5, and it usually brings all (except barbs) from ~50% HP to full, and has reach of 15 meters, but it isn't mana efficient that well, therefore used in emergencies...

    Get it at least to level 1, since that's needed for blue bubble (regeneration aura). And blue bubble is very much needed and useful. People under blue bubble become all but invincible, second only to stacking ironheart on a single target (which doesn't cover AoEs).

    Since it's healing is a one time hit I find relatively little use for it. As a healer I almost always have two sparks under normal squad conditions, so when things go downhill I blue bubble rather than trying for chromatic healing beam (aka soon, the light).

    Will you eventually want to level it more? Of course. There are times it can be quite useful. But for now level 1 has been holding out for when there are weak AoEs and regeneration aura isn't worth casting (or before I had it). But for a while there are a lot of other skills that probably deserve your spirit and coin before this.
