Update problem

I reinstalled the game, it started updating and then it says: "File download appear error"

Please help, I haven't get to play this for a week.

    first make sure perfect world isn't firewalled

    and second try manual patching

    just go to the download page and download the patches yourself

    That doesn't help.

    I downloaded all the packs and it says that it failed!
