    What do you mean?
    MY-EN and the Chinese versions have them.
    Not sure about the Russian version/European version of this game though if that's what you mean.

    They already do I believe.

    they dont bc i got a lvl 95 and i dont got it also had a lvl 100ep sold it

    LvL1 ... Look for a new NPC in the Big Cities, think one should be in south ADC, before the Apothecary/Pharmacist (the coords in Coord Assistant showed that anyways)

    As far as I know, you get the first from completing the quest, and additional 3 you can buy for 3 Mirages each (1 genie = 3 Mirage stones)
