Either from the boutique (cash shop) or from players selling them. You usually find them in Arch.

I'd suggest you walk/run back to Etherblade sticking to the roads and stopping in each city on the way to talk to the teleport lady there. Talk to each teleport person to activate the teleport so you can use it in the future if you want. Not all teleports are connected to eachother, so even if you have both teleports active, it doesn't mean you can teleport between them.

I ran all the way around the map when I was lvl 15-ish to activate the teleports I knew I'd use later on.

Here is a map of all waypoints:

okay so pretty much cash shop only... ill see if anyone's selling. and i have another question. I had a shabby red gem thing i wanna put on my armor but it says there's no slot. Do only higher level armors have slots?

Yes, higher level items will sometimes have sockets. You can also make a socket by using socket stones. I don't suggest using gems/shards in anything until later levels, just because it's expensive and you'll outgrow the equipment fast.

Socket stones come from either the boutique or from players selling them.

I still haven't used any shards on my equipment, but I did buy some armor with gems already in it 'cause I was lazy and it was cheap.

Yes, it's the "Geographic Map" you can get it from the boutique or from other players selling it. It's 5 gold... I think.

Hmm, I thought there was a quest at level 15(ish?) that unlocked the race capital teleporters (Etherblade, Plume, Lost). Or is the reason you can't teleport because you don't have 1000 coins to get back to Etherblade? I've been regularly travelling between those three cities for several levels now, no problems.

You have to actually go to the every teleport master for them to remember it for you.

Since you know, you gotta know the teleport master really good *wink*... and they will remember your service and reward you with their teleport service.

Oh yea, there's like over 50 teleport masters in this game. So I hope you won't get tired b:chuckle
