Online Cash Shop Questions

I dug around but couldn't find a thread devoted to this. (Maybe I missed it?)

I'm having trouble buying anything in the online cash shop. I just made level 10 and so gleefully went and charged my zen. My payment went through, I got my zen, I transferred it to my only character on my only server, and then logged in and with much anticipation, pressed alt+O to open the shop. I browsed like mad until I saw things I wanted. I had 53 gold, so clicked "Buy" next to the things I wanted.

No list showed of my chosen purchases so that I could un-purchase something if I changed my mind, no debitting of my gold showed, nothing. I then clicked "leave" and found nothing new in my inventory.

How the heck do you buy things in the cash shop? What am I doing wrong?

    when you click buy a popup comes asking do you want to buy it yes/no if you click yes it will automatically go into your inventory

    I didn't know I had to have my Inventory window open at the same time! Your post got me thinking to try that. I thought it'd just get put in there. That wasn't obvious to me...

    You DON'T have to have your inventory open to shop in the boutique.
