the whole day i try to get a GM on Harshlands server
(also on past days it allways failed)
is there even one ??? if not, remove that icon or give a message that no GM is online

does anybody react to support tickets ???

i have a problem and the whole day is no one responding

please ****n help me !!!!!!

    All day .. all day .. all day for you ?

    if you re from europe like me.. GMs being from the US .. there is a slight time difference.

    im writng this post ... 5:30 PM in france, 8:30 Am west Coast of US ( where are located PWE)

    so if you try to reach a gm when he has is needed rest.. you will have some problems.

    correct me .. but we are saturday... in most country , the economy is limited on saturdays, many ppl dont work.. ... So let the team have the time to see the ticket, see the problem and provide a solution ( 48 to 72 hrs)
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    You clearly think you're the only person in the game asking for the GM's help, and they must not respond because they just aren't there.

    Every time you hit the GM button, you go to the bottom of the list, but you're annoying, so just rage quit.

    i know there are more people

    but like i said, i am requesting the whole day... dont u think it is a little normal that i get pissed now ???

    and to the thing with the gm's are only from usa... than this company here is pretty stupid
    why do they run a worldwide game and have just american employees ?
    i mean when i have customer in europe or elsewhere, than i need to get an employee who works in the time when europeen customer could need help

    and btw it doesnt even have to do somthn with worldwide running and so on
    the game rund 24/7 in usa, so there should be a 24/7 support

    Being impatient and getting pissed is more like bad personality trait. Nothing scary nor pleasant about it and it is as common as cold.

    Btw who pays for the European customer service? If there would be any profit coming out of it I'm sure PWI would give it go ahead. Apparently there's no hope for profit.

    Meanwhile why don't you try fix the problem yourself? Eliminate as much possibilities as you can by doing an overhaul of your OP system? It can't hurt to use some time to re-organize some things and make your PC faster by yourself.

    ah man

    i have problems with charging my zhen and tried all i can do (so much to no profit from europe... of cause not, when there is no support)
    i get like after 4 hours my money refunded... and there is no hint anywhere why


    and btw , who gives u the right to judge about my charakter... u have no idea ...

    First of all everyone please calm down.

    To the OP.

    Please send a ticket to Customer Support. Contacting the ingame GM's won't help as they have nothing to do with zen. Also check your registered E-mail address, especially the spamfolder as some E-mail providers have PWE answers flagged and put them there or even outright block them. (I know mine does)

    1st:

    Nowhere PWE claims to have a worldwide service.; the game is Called "Perfect World International" , and international never meant world wide.. pick the word in the dictionary.

    2nd: the 4hrs refund is when you pay using paypal and dont have a paypal account ssociated with your PWi account.. or associated to another account.
    (Had the issue when trying to use my paypal to fund a friend account)

    you should have received an email asking you for informations.

    Impatience actually is kinda bad personality trait just as yelling and shouting at people or profanity. And as you see I was merely stating the obvious yet impersonal knowledge. No names nor addressing to anyone. But then...

    tbh thats stupid logic

    i responded to this, cause to who else, or why should u say this `?
    and so my response is no admittance to your words

    its like someone say to u ******* while watching in another direction and when u say "why call me *******" the person is sayn "oh u feel adressed"
    thats the logic of a 10 year old child


    to my problem
    i use two different mail accounts for this game and paypal
    but when i wanted to pay i got mailresponse to both mail accounts
    i answered with the paypal account (like they want it)
    but still nothn happens
