hello im a player in the game and im from Israel... were having some Disconnecting problems which apparently related to our country...
alot of players are suffering from the problem and i really ask you ro please go into that thread:

i suggest you read all of it so you wont get confused...
we passed the 80th post and they only thing we heard from GM is that they are busy...
(im not blaming GM's i understand they have alot of work!!!)
so please read it and post there what you think of our situation...
(also if i did anything illegal by posting that post im really sorry)

    I did read that post but I must admit I am horrible in sorting out disconnection issues. I can do it if I have the computer right in front of me but explaining it over forum or even msn is definetly not a strength of mine which is why I kept out of it. I did read that some of you had spoken to the ISP. I would have a look at this post first of all. And also would ask my ISP to priorise port 29,000.

    now as for the problem they sent a respond to a ticket i sent which is almost the same so im trying all solutions (i posted the whole ticket on the thread).
    hopefully it will help.
    another thing is that in MY Country's late hours(Israel-most of time from 8:00PM till morning) i can play sometimes normally but in other hours i keep DCing(im not playing all night though).
    if you manage to contact someone who can help us please ask him to check out our Thread.
    if any of the solutions mentioned on the ticket/thread you sent me will work then ill post it both here and in the big Thread so that other people may try it.
