Newish user, having trouble getting into the game.

It says "Client running, unable to proceed with update."

Help please?

    bring up task manager and close the running client. if that doesn't work, reboot your system

    to open up task manager, press ctrl, alt, and delete on your keyboard. it should say task manager and the applications running on your computer. select the perfect world application and end task
