in my alt, every 2 levels, i usually spend my points on 7-8 int, and 1-2 on vit or str. this is a dmg dealing and good heal build0

The most balanced build you can follow is 1str 2vit 7mag every 2 lvls. As for skills:
Plume shot, Great Cyclone, Ironheart Blessing shoould always be maxed. Then follow your buffs, try keeping them on a proper lvl (you can ignore the regen buff for now if you want) and you could also keep Wellspring Surge maxed if you want and since you're on a PvP server Plume shell should be maxed too, it will help you dramatically in PvP situations.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

i may sound like a n00b but what do you mean by every 2 lvls....0

When you start at level 3, then you go to level 4, then you go to level 5, you have gained 2 levels.
Most people tend to speak of stat-point allocation in terms of every two levels, since you get 5 points per level, and that is difficult to split and keep with armors and such.
So, if you need to get 2 vit, 7 mag, and 1 str every two levels, your level ups will probably look like this:
Level 4:
+3 Mag
+1 Vit
+1 Str
Level 5:
+4 Mag
+1 Vit
Level 6:
+3 Mag
+1 Vit
+1 Str
Level 7:
+4 Mag
+1 Vit
Etc...
Note that that is just for illustrative purposes, I'm not sure which stats are for even levels and which are for odd.
If you are wearing arcane armor and want to find what your strength needs to be for a given level to wear the armor, use the formula:
((Level / 2) + 4) = Required Strength (Rounded Up)
If you are using magic weapons and want to find what your Mag generally needs to be for a particular level:
(Level * 3) = Required Magic to use weapon0 -

Forget it if you are a robe cleric. For LA build you need 1 dex / level.0 -
