ive been playing well over a year now. but this question has finally gotten to me.
I have searched to forums Yielding no results. so any help would be nice

the big question is

What does FB stand for?
as in FB 19 FB29 ect..

in my head i can only think of fierce battle

    FB= Final Battle you get them as you level, 19, 29, 39, 49,51, and so on.

    Actually, the term seems to have originated in the chinese word "FuBen", which we take it to mean dungeon. It's use was apparently brought into our version of the game by players from the Malaysian counterpart. This is something covered in many threads...

    I'd always heard that FuBen == Iron Tablet, not Dungeon.

    The only translation of fuben i could find says it means 'inconvenient'..

    now what do those characters actually look like? anyone got a link? cuz i cant think of how fu ben would be iron tablet.

    ben i can see how that can translate that into tablet, but fu? which fu?

    it stands for FuBen, it comes from the PWMY word for the call to duty tablets. people were just so used to it from the other version, it stuck. FuBen translates to 'iron tablet.'
    not dungeon...etc.

    FB stands for F*** Bosses..

    As every FB has an insanely hard boss that you will probably QQ way too many times before you give up and whine.

    FB comes from 副本 (FuBen). No, it does not mean dungeon or anything. The direct and literal translation of the term would be something similar to "supplemental chapter."

    BTW, found the term after browsing through Chinese PW forum.

    In addition to the awesome translations (kudos for looking that up) aren't they all right? First Battle, Fierce Battle, F*** Bosses, either way, it has meaning to us, and gives definition to it. If you look at a symbol, any sybmol, it could have a meaning for you, could have none, and could have a completely different meaning to someone else. Giving something meaning and definition makes it real.

    I've been using First Battle, myself, but I think I'll probably start at least thinking of Zephyrx's meaning every time I enter one now. FB indeed.

    副本 (FuBen) is correct

    副本 means secondary

    副本区域 means secondary area

    we have primary one, can be accessed by everybody

    then secondary one can only be accessd by the squad (same as instance in WOW)
