downloading errors !!!

anybody else having problems downloading the new updates ?? been trying to download the latest update for the past 30 mins... and i keep getting this darn file download error.... i know it's not my pc or connection.... so what's up ??!!

    i am having the some trouble so yea. its the pwi servers fault.
    pwi gms are useless. submitting tickets are useless. start calling their main office's. raise hell. take back the game.

    the element.data and the tasks.data is taking to long to download or the files are to big.

    5 servers with thousands of people trying to download a massive update. Its bound to happen.

    Ive just been quitting, and restarting the update every time it gets stuck. Almost there....45 minutes later.....almost there.....

    just be patient :-)

    trying to be.... but now it's taken me more than 45 mins and all i downloaded is about 35% b:sad

    It will take me too long to download the manual patch because my computer's download rate is 26kb/sec!!!! Also I keep getting the downloading errors!! WAAA I'm going crazy here! b:cry

    how does manual patch work? A box pops up telling me to search for a file....which file should it be???

    I found a file called Perfect World INternational...i click on it...leads me to a file called background...and then nothing....is there something wrong?

    can some one please help me?
    its been 15hrs and the game is only 4% downloaded...I'm going insane b:shocked
    its not making any progress. i downloaded directly....I've tried everything!!!!
