Ok,I keep hearing about doing a fox form, but no one says what lvl you get it or if you start with it.I just started a veno, for the 2nd time, and was going mage with it.And light armor. So,I also went and got the wolfling for a pet.Should I maybe restart,or does it matter? One guide said as a mage build I should have gotten the scorpion.I hope I can get some help here.Thxb:thanksI am only lvl 3 right now.b:chuckle

You get fox form at level 9 :)
Just do lots of quests, kill lot's of monsters with your pet, and you be there soon. The game will teel you when you can get fox form. I think it's your first spiritual cultivation quest.

Fox Form builds I find are a pain in the butt to level -in my opinion-
As a mage though, some of your best debuffs and crippling moves come in fox form, so I did max it along with purge, amplify damage, and got the 79 skill myriad rainbow. They are interchangeable, so mages with fox skills can be fun too :P

In any case I believe you get it at level 9, update at 29, max it at 59. You get the best bonuses and less mana drain at 59, so Id max it :P.

I'm not really sure what I do qualifies as a foxform build but I've found some useful stuff from it. Leech is fast and useful especially with Soul Transfusion. Befuddling Mist will drop the dps your pet tanks a little. Amplify is good damage increase for a low time commitment.

It actually works out well to have some foxform abilities. Even against regular things that have magic resistance, I've found ironwood/amplify to be a good way to take them on.
