Are they permanent?
And are hammers permanent too?

    Supply boxes are permanent until you use them. Hammers are a ONE TIME only type of item. They last until you use it.

    Or maybe she was wondering if they're going to be permanently available in the boutique. I've seen plenty of people ask if they're only there temporarily. You don't have to be rude... especially when somebody's already answered the question and you're contributing absolutely nothing.
