Patch 124 is corrupted...?

I tried to log on PWI some minutes ago and when the client trys to download the patch,at the file elementskill.dll,it says that file is corrupted.
I used auto patch,manual patch and the one given by your site but it doesn't work,plz help

    Yeah, I'm havin' this problem, too...both update bars are pretty much empty...what's up?

    um....I don't really know what my problem is....so I don't really know where to post.
    I installed the update and then started it up. When it was loading my characters I noticed pink writing on the loading bar. Well i'm curious and i wanted to get another look so I closed it and tried to open it again. It says update where start should be, but when I click it, it doesn't update...I'm thoroughly confused and have no clue what to do so please help.
