To the people who STAYED in Radiance, my cheers to you.
I'm sure many ppl knew about my intention to leave Radiance during the first batch of Radiance left for Enrage. I even told Charity about it so its no secret. I decided to stay in Radiance for a few reasons , one of which is because i saw the sudden power change from Radiance to Enrage. If my group had left that time , it will not even be a good matchup for Enrage vs Radiance. Sadly , due to Charity inactivity and not caring about guild matters , Radiance went down fast and more ppl left.
After the change of leadership , I left because I didn't like the current leadership. I was planning to wait for Aion. But I guess I can still have some fun while waiting.0 -
b:surrender ok ok i am a guild hooper but but if TW's are geting boring what can i do? TT all fkn day long is like good to make money....Zhen 24/7 will get u to lvl 100 and all will say omg u so pro.....pk all day is nice but but hell i am a noob when it comes to it.
All i said is a valid reason for alot of high lvl's that have nothing to do and the only nice thing to do in game in TW's.
But what i find interesting is that after people leave a guild they start talking sht about it.....hey i did the same thing(i was pissed on the Rad leader and i said some things that maybe where not good but in the end it was a metter of different opinions and i gave up on my trash talk..eaven if 99% of what i said war true).
So i have a question whay is that people are two-faced(or hell multy face)>?
Why is that they change the attitude every time they leave a guild?

Totally disagree here. Besides no faction should just disban for losing against Radiance. This faction is by far compareable to Enrage now in levels. Just like Enrage once they learn to work together they have every bit of potential to be the strongest on this server. Strength is shifting everywhere lately. But like I said no faction should disban just because they lose. Even if Enrage didnt lose as many high levels as they did. They will lose eventually cause its nature, there is not 1 faction that is gonna win everything considering ALOT of people are increasing lvl's quite quickly. Soon its gonna be about who works better together, not who is the strongest.0 -

When I'm in the guild , I talk to the leader about the problems , hoping things will change for the better. I've tried many times to share Charity's workload if she's too busy , offer suggestions on how to improve guild equipment but when she doesn't listen or care , there's nothing I can do. So what I did was to see if a better leadership will rise before I totally give up on Radiance.
I won't consider what I've said trash talking because they are all facts.0 -

Memories: A guild of friends that have come together. I think friendships aside, they'll get bored and either quit the game or meld into other existing factions.

If it was possible to do a TW with only 15 or so members, that would be really cool. But if we can't, that's ok too, because we're all just friends and we help each other out. Without TW, there's still PVP with being white named. It's not as "grand" and you don't get money or a free teleport from it, but at least you still get some sort of "action" if that's what you're looking for.
I had left Radiance when I was getting a weekly 1.6mil income. So I'm not too sure if it's for money. But maybe it was since that's why people said I was going over to the next strongest faction, the "enemy," Enrage. But then why did I leave it again before they even got 1k streams? Simply, for friends. I, for one, was tired of the internal bickering and problems caused by one or two players. Yes, Memories was created by a group of friends, but wouldn't you want to at least try and remember why you began to play the game? It was for fun. Not a power struggle.I call it how I see it.

I have to disagree with Hisui's comment inferring that people who leave large guilds not for money leave for power. Some perhaps, but many are motivated by neither. I think originally Caesar was indeed predominately friend based and TW was and afterthought. I also think Memories is solely friend based, and still true to the original ideals. It's refreshing to see players step out and not follow the rest just to be part of a big guild.
I still stand by my predictions as for their future however

Go play PW MY, the top guild there has been the top guild almost since the beginning of the server. They own the entire map and have owned the majority of it for over a year.
PW-PH had to have a TW map reset because one guild own all the land for so long of a time.
You can say they will eventually loose but by PW's TW track record this isnt true. Unless you say eventually as in it could be any time in the future. In which yeah Im sure in the next 50 years so may loose their lands, cause PW will get tired of the whinning and take it from them through a map wipe like on PW-PH, or the game might just stop exsisting, etc etc.

Triad, Ceasar and Evo are going they can take on Rad sooner than later.
IF Ceaser Vs Rad this week, it will shw more where they stand and if they can knock Rad of there mantle.
Traid Vs Rad - Ihope triad try to take back there lvl 2 town. I realy do. Seeing how stronger they got will show how much the influx of the new players have had.
Enrage vs Rad -well another easy land i guess.
Evo vs Rad/Enrage -evo i dont know much about, but i hope they attack RAD sooner than later and dont stay content n what they are. I would like them to even knock on Enrages door
Its realy time that this sever has not onre powerful factio,1 who owns the land and other follows.

Rad
To all start fighting each other out. And any other faction who thinks they can match up to have a try. IMO no faction should hold more than 3 lands a week without having a fight for them.

They'll Be Left Largely Unchallenged For A Couple Of Weeks, But Once They Become An Active Target They Will Get Wiped Out Swiftly, And Will Be The First Of The Current Major Land Owners To Be Wiped Off The Map Completely.
Triad: After The Merge, Influx Of High Levelled And Pk Experienced Players, And New Management Structure, I Think Triad On Paper Are An Enormous Force And The Potential To Be A Serious Tw Player. They'll Make An Impressive Impact In The First 2-3 Weeks, However Ego's And Power Trips Will Soon Split The Guild And They Will Part Ways, Their Survival Will Be Dependent On Just How They Seperate.
Radiance: Radiance Still Has A Good Player Base Of High Level And Experienced Players. Unlike Other Guilds They Also Have A Massive Income And If Managed Correctly Could Equip Their Members Far Better Than Anyone Else. I See Onoing Internal Issues And Bickering, And Think Rather Than Rebuilding They Will Be More Occupied With Maintaining Individual Status Within In The Guild And Thus Will Be Easier Targets Than They Should Be. I Feel There Will Be More Large Splits And The Faction Will Eventually Splinter Being Swallowed Up By Others.
