Installation Problem

My friend (who is technologically inept) is having a problem. He did the direct download, and after installing the first part (The installer for the installer) the second download fails quickly. Please help me help him.

    That sounds like he will have to redownload.

    btw if he use , OS- Vista tel him to install it as Administrator... (just in case he will have another problem) b:bye
