Expansion question

I was told the last expansion reseted all the characters in the server and everything started over, i wanna know if its true and if thats gonna happen with this expansion. Thank u

    Well it does reset all your settings, so maybe that's what they meant...

    I was told that you have VERY unreliable sources because the server has never been reset since it started.

    it resetted the chat box options macros some UI stuff mostly thats all
