This is what ecatomb says according to Archer's lvl 79 skill Elven Alacrity:
Skill developed by the elite Archers to maintain their high mobility. Temporarily increases movement speed to maximum and immunizes the caster against all movement status ailments. Lasts 8 seconds.
My question is now the following: How high is the maximum movement speed?

    15m/s for 8 s. This overwrites your normal speed buff btw just like wings of grace

    it this thing worth it? sounds really cool but the 79 skills are like...WOOOOAAH expensive...

    It's really up to you to decide what its worth. I got both 79s for the sake of completion.
