Where do you get dyes for your clothes ?

I notice cash shop has random pigments for sale

But where do people get the dyes from that I see for sale in catshops ?

and how can I turn the random pigment into a color ?

    The actual dye colors (not the randoms) are from the Hot Packs in the cash shop. When you purchase one, you can right click it and it will give you one of two things: (1) a random set color dye or (1) a random dye.

    You cannot turn a random into a color. it is just that, random when you use it at the seamstress.

    so if I need 8 dyes to change color of my clothes and I take 8 random pigment to seamstress will it change to a random color ?
