well apparently, next year at my high school we are getting public wifi......
i was wondering if anyone else has wifi at their school and how it effects people. I am expecting more people to not do as well next year because of the new distraction....but who knows, it might have a great benefit

    I go to a school where we NEED wifi and laptops in order to be able to study. It's bad 'cause some people tend to find gaming (me sometimes, I'm guilty! b:surrender), MSN or just surfing on the net in general more interesting than studying (they have proxies though, but we all bypass them). The teachers are meant to take away our laptops if we do, but well..most of them don't pay attention or are too nice. Good thing though..if you're doing schoolwork you have Google if there's something you need help with. <3
