    No server ping when selecting server to play one = Server definately down/unreachable.

    home page of PW shows server status
    also when you try to start game if it doesnt connect to the update server then the servers are down
    if it does connect then chances are that servers are back up

    Imagine that the server is a door to a shop. And we are the shoppers. When they close the door - once of week - for maintenance, there's a non-stop banging of head on the door. The store keepers just keep walking away, completely ignoring the crowd pressed up against the glass behind them.

    Hmm random pigment as the update for 2 hours I don't buy it. Either that isn't what the update is or they are using smoke and mirrors to hide what they are actually doing.
