Squad Experience Distribution

Has anyone discovered the math involved for experience distribution while in a squad? I've searched the forums and have not been able to find an answer to this.

    not exactly, its lvl based though , most say best xp is when everyone is in a <9 lvl range

    I have heard that there is a penalty when squad members are too far apart, and that it is meant to prevent power leveling. If anyone knows the details on the penalty, that'd also help.

    I was mainly wondering if anyone has just done the math to discover what the experience division is. Is it a flat divide among members (50% in a two-man squad, 33% in three, etc.) or are there benefits for fighting in squads?

    I'd be willing to test it myself, but I don't have a group of friends to do the tests with (and random people rarely seem to speak English for some reason).

    for two people of same level, seems an even split of xp, never bothered to add the numbers to find out if we were taking a penalty or making something. More difference in level...greater penalty..

    I know for myself personally....

    Last nite I was doing a quest with a friend. He is level 78 and I am 79 (obviously), and I was getting about 15 more exp points then him.

    I also know that when I used to zhen, the higher levels seem to leech more of the exp. I just don't know the formula.....b:sad

    There's definitely a squad experience bonus. I noticed it just this weekend on foxwings with my wife. We were getting more total experience (although it was shared between the two of us) when squadded than she was when she was fighting them solo.
    Don't have the exact numbers on hand at the moment, though.
