A glitch in Blacksmithing.

I got level three from the elder but when I make level 3 items,it doesn't give me any credit towards skill when I make them.I'm a full 100% at level 2.Is there a glitch??

    Sory if i read this wrong but you have 100% level 2 blacksmith skill? So shouldnt you go to the elder to get level 3?

    Agreed with ares. If you have 100% level 2, then you do not have level 3 yet. Speak with the elder and get the next tier.

    If you in fact have level 3 (and your bar is *not* at 100%) then make sure you are making items that require level 3 blacksmith, keeping in mind it isn't the third column over since there are two columns of level 2 stuff. And mats don't count.
