Scarlet Gate: Source of Blood

I have a quest called Source of Blood and all it says is "Go west of Dribbling Spring. Check around the high platform near the flaming stone pillar." I have no idea where the dribbling spring is. Can anyone help me out?

    It's west of Broken bridge village, which is south of Lost City, The thing you are looking for is up on the plateau, you'll see it, it's huge and glowing red.
