I think for an archer being able to make your own arrows, and pots are probably most important. As this class seems to go through alot of both. And are major cash expenses for the archer class.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
You will never do anything in this world without courage.
It is the greatest quality of the mind next to honor.

An archer is an apothecary. Period.
U can also take up craftsman as a second.0 -
An archer is a Damage Dealer and that being stated, i think you should watch the weapons you use, and always be able to manufacture you own; at least if you are really thinking of playing PWI and not quitting before you reach level 50 or smth. Why is that? Simple: because if you don't have a trusty friend or guildie to manufacture the weapons for you, you will have to be hustled mostly in the auctions or catshops, trying to buy a decent wep.
Apothecary : yes. Every class should have apot skills actually, at least in my opinion.
Craftsman : it is more of a personal choice, but i wouldn't spend that much time with it just because of ammo needed by the archer. Ammo is really cheap if you stick to level 1 type, which is sufficient. More powerful ammo you will pick on your way as drop and you can use that too.
Tailor: very low priority. Why? because as I stated before, archers are about damage not defense (unless you build a vitality based one). You should choose best armor you can get, but it is not necessary to go over your head for it.
Hope I helped

Actually, Tailor is useful because you can craft wrist bracers. Wrist bracers are the only normal equipment that can increase your attack speed (I think). Likewise, there are various legendary and TT armor pieces which have this property.
If you obtain the item itself, then fine. If you just get the mold / materials, you will need to craft it yourself or find a crafter.
Also, wrist bracers with this property sell fairly well, even if it is 1 star and lacks some of the magical resistances.0
