Updating

I have a problem updating.
I tried the automatic patch and it keeps hanging on vssver2.scc, I retried about twenty times by now, and also have tried the Manual patch both without succes. My operating system is Vista Ultimate 32bit.
I installed PWI on another computer too and it works fine there, but it's not my own computer, and was also Windows XP Home 32bit.
I hope some can help me out here.

With Manual patching it returns me the following error
Update server connection failed
Please try other update server

    @jimmyimo: Are you getting that error after you have successfully patched to version 101? If so, could you click the "verify" option from the launcher and see if that fixes it?

    @camwil: Have you tried the manual patch? http://pwi-ns.perfectworld.com/patches/manual/ec_patch_1-101.cup

    Seems to be a problem with Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit, I installed Windows XP and it worked just fine.
    ( Friend of mine tried installing on Vista Ultimate too, and had the same problem. )
    So it probly has something to do with Vista Ultimate ( the settings ).
    I'll post a fix as soon as I found the problem. ( Not sure about other Vista's )

    Damn... same problem here.

    I can't manage to update, not by the auto way nor by the manual way.

    So.. is it finally a problem of Vista?
    I'm actually running Vista Ultimate 64bit, and to be honest, I wouldn't like to have to install XP just to play this game :(

    Anyone found a solution so far?

    I have 64bit vista, and I am also having problems updating the game both manually and auto.

    I hope they can fix this issue.
