How bout some GMs

This is a great suggestion. Why don't you have some damn GMs online that actualy respond to the 20 freaking support tickets you put out when you obviously need help OR have them actually reply in the tech support thread when you're having problems!

    The forum GM's work normal days Monday to Friday certain hours. The tech support and Forum GM's are one and the same. Customer Support is there 24/7 every day of the year. But tech support just does not need such support yet.

    I remember I talked about a fake program called "youfail.exe" lol... Somehow the GMs got a hold of my chat log and thought I was hacking b:chuckle

    Well, had a good laugh hehe. And that GM was b:dirty. Oh yea, I got totally rejected but it was dam worth it to ask!

    P.S. In other words, stop spamming World Chat for GMs during busy hours because they have like 20 other people on hold! Do it at times when no one spams World Chat for GMs rofl... wt a noob. Oh yea, do it during times when they are still at work too b:chuckle
